0:51 one of the improvements of the Meater 2 Plus is that it has 6 sensors, not 2. There is a single ambient sensor as before, but there are now five sensors inside the cook and the app will recognise the lowest temperature to do the calculations. It's more like the Combustion Inc product, so it's less sensitive as to where you place the probe.
